The Roller Flour Mill Plant Process – Step by Step

- The wheat undergoes light scratches in the Scourer Machine to prepare it for moisture absorption.
- Moisture is then added in the Intensive Dampener, conditioning the wheat for optimal crushing.
- 1. Pre-Cleaning:

Freshly harvested wheat is cleaned of impurities using the Vibro Classifier/Drum Sieve Machine, ensuring a spotless beginning.
- 2. Fine Cleaning:

The next step involves fine cleaning of the wheat using the Vibro Classifier Machine, ensuring it is free of dust through smaller strainer (jali)
- 3. Stone Removal Process:

Stones and heavier impurities are effectively removed using the Destoner Machine.

The conditioned wheat is crushed with precision using the Roller Body Machine, preparing it for the crushing process.
